From 358,800 yuan HONGQI HQ9 officially launched with 2.0T + 8AT
On the afternoon of September 21, HONGQI officially announced that its first MPV model, the HONGQI HQ9, was officially launched, with five configurations available and an official guide price range of 358,800 - 538,800 yuan.
In terms of shape, the front of the new car adopts the HONGQI family design style, the largemouth grille is decorated with a straight waterfall structure inside, with a strong sense of momentum; both sides of the grille are also decorated with thick high-gloss chrome strips, with the HONGQI logo extending from the hood to the inside of the grille to effectively enhance the recognition; both sides of the headlights adopt a split design, the daytime running lights and the grille are connected, with a strong sense of visual integration. The high and low beams are located on both sides of the grille in the area of the deflector, the style looks more individual.
The lower part of the surround adopts a three-stage design style, with decorative deflectors on both sides and a flat trapezoidal air intake design in the middle part, and the front lip is embellished with a running chrome strip, creating a better sense of quality.
The C-pillar part and the upper edge of the window are embellished with chrome strips, effectively increasing the sense of class and creating a suspended roof shape, which is more fashionable; the waistline adopts a through design, making the visual effect appear slender and atmospheric; the wheels adopt a five-spoke shape, and the style appears more refined.
In the rear, the taillight cluster adopts a running design, with chrome strips effectively stretching the rear of the horizontal visual width; the roof is equipped with a hollow spoiler, embellished with a certain sporty atmosphere; the lower part of the surround is also decorated with a running chrome strip, and creates a similar bilateral two-exit exhaust decorative cover shape.
Size, the new car length, width, and height of 5222/2005/1892mm, respectively, wheelbase of 3200mm, and positioning is medium to large MPV.
The overall design of the interior is relatively simple, providing a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a full LCD instrument panel, a floating center screen, and an electronic gear knob; a large wireless charging panel is provided on the right side of the gear knob, and a drawer-type storage slot is also provided below.
In terms of configuration, the new car is equipped with back-up radar, back-up camera, fixed speed cruise control, automatic start/stop, hill climb assistance, panoramic canopy, second-row seats with electric adjustment, LED headlights, car networking, automatic air conditioning and independent rear air conditioning as standard. High-end models add L2-level assisted driving functions, power-adjustable/heated front seats, heated/ventilated/massaged rear seats, and even power-adjustable third-row seats.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 2.0T engine matched with a 48V light hybrid system, with a maximum power of 252 hp and peak torque of 380N-m, matched with an 8AT gearbox.
