From 99,900 yuan, the Changan Auchan Z6 family is launched with dual fuel/plug-in versions available
At the Chongqing Auto Show, Changan Auchan officially announced the launch of its Auchan Z6 family, which is available in fuel and iDD (plug-in hybrid) versions, with the fuel version offering four configurations and an official guide price range of RMB 99,900 - 129,900(14905-19381$); the Auchan Z6 iDD version offering three configurations and an official guide price range of RMB 155,800 - 175,800(23245-26229$)
In terms of shape, the ront of the new car adopts a design language similar to that of the Changan UNI series, with a borderless style grille decorated with a dotted structure inside, which is very recognizable; the headlamps on both sides adopt a split shape, and the style appears to be more individual.
The lower part of the surround adopts a three-stage design style, with large triangular deflectors on both sides and trapezoidal air intakes in the middle, creating a strong sporty atmosphere.
The side shape, the roof line from the A-pillar has a clear downward slope, with a little sliding style, a sense of smooth lines; and the roof also creates a suspended shape, the style is more fashionable; the wheels are smoked black multi-spoke shape, texture performance is relatively outstanding.
In the rear, the taillight cluster is flat and recognizable when lit; the license plate frame is concave, embellishing the rear of the car's sense of hierarchy; the lower bracket is equipped with a diffuser, and the exhaust pipe uses a bilateral four-exit layout, creating a more sporty sense of place.
Dimensions, the new car's length, width, and height are 4699/1890/1660mm, with a wheelbase of 2795mm, located in the compact SUV.
In terms of the interior, the new car provides a three-spoke flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel, full LCD instrument panel, suspended center screen, and 9.2-inch smart screen, the center console has a strong sense of hierarchy, and the sense of technology is also more in place.
In terms of power, the fuel version is equipped with a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 188 hp and a peak torque of 300 N-m, matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The Auchan Z6 iDD version is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T engine and electric motor, of which the engine has a maximum power of 122kW and peak torque of 255N-m; the electric motor has a maximum power of 110kW and peak torque of 330N-m, which is paired with a 6-speed three-clutch transmission; the battery capacity is 28.4kWh, and the pure electric range under NEDC conditions is 150km.
