Positioning higher than Hongguang MINI EV Wuling Air EV will debut on August 11, with two sizes to choose from
A few days ago, SAIC-GM-Wuling officially announced that its Wuling Air EV model will debut in Indonesia on August 11, the new car is still a miniature pure electric car, offering two-seat and four-seat versions available, positioning should be higher than the Hongguang MINI EV.
In terms of shape, the front of the new car adopts a more individual design language, the closed grille is more common for pure electric models, and the charging port is hidden behind the logo; the daytime running lights adopt a running design, and the internal chrome strip extends to the exterior mirrors on both sides, embellishing the sense of hierarchy of the front.
The high and low beams are located in the lower position, the internal LED light source is integrated, and the texture is relatively outstanding; the lower part of the surround is equipped with thick black trim, fog lights are integrated on both sides, and the front lip is also embellished with silver gray scuff plates, the overall feeling is more fashionable.
In terms of side shape, the roof line is relatively straight, and the overall feeling is quite square; the A-pillar and B-pillar are all designed in black, creating a suspended roof shape; the lower edge of the rear window and the front window are obviously not on a horizontal line, and the style is quite individual; the wheels adopt a four-spoke low wind resistance shape, and the texture is relatively outstanding.
In terms of the rear styling, the taillight cluster also adopts a split design, echoing the headlight cluster, the running LED strip effectively stretches the horizontal visual width of the rear; moving lights and turn signals are located in the lower position, further enhancing the sense of individuality; the license plate frame is located in the lower part of the envelope, using a concave design, embellishing the rear of the car's sense of hierarchy.
Size, previously exposed declaration information shows that the new plan provides two sizes to choose from, the four-seat version of the length, width, and height are 2974/1505/1631mm, and the wheelbase is 2010mm, slightly larger than the Hongguang MINI EV; two-seat version of the length, width and height are 2599/1505/1631mm, wheelbase is 1635mm, the size is obviously inferior to the Hongguang MINI EV.
Power, the new car is equipped with a maximum power of 30kW electric motor, and a maximum speed of 100km / h, which is paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack.
