The new vehicle is positioned as an SUV and will be available in a pure electric version as well as a plug-in hybrid version, which is expected to be unveiled and listed this year.
According to Zhao Changjiang, the DENZA N8 will provide a small rear table, DENZA Link, driving assistance and other features, and chassis performance is also worth looking forward to; the plug-in version is equipped with a DM-p system, and even has some off-road capabilities.
Seats, the new car will provide 5 seats, 6 seats and 7-seat layout options, where the back row of the small tableboard two seats are equipped with, not only the passenger side of the seat equipped.
In addition, Zhao Changjiang also revealed that the subsequent DENZA N8 PLUS version will be proposed, but did not give more information about the car.
The official diagram of the new car has been announced not long ago, the front offers two styles to choose from, respectively, the inverted trapezoidal horizontal chrome grille and closed grille, corresponding to the possible plug-in version and the pure electric version respectively; the headlight cluster is blackened and connected by the running daytime running lights, effectively stretching the horizontal visual width of the front face.
The lower part of the surround adopts a three-stage design, with large deflector slots on both sides, creating a fang shape inside and a fierce style; the bottom adopts a flat trapezoidal air intake design, embellishing the sense of hierarchy of the front.
The side shape of the car is relatively rounded, the roof with a clear curvature, and to create a suspended shape, with shark fins to bring a very stylish visual effect; waistline using a through design, so that the visual effect appears long and atmospheric; wheel brow and side skirt part equipped with black trim, effectively increasing the sense of power; wheels are multi-spoke low wind resistance shape, with a strong sense of texture.
In the rear, a small spoiler and flat high brake lights can be seen on the roof, and the taillight cluster adopts a through design, effectively stretching the horizontal visual width of the rear; the lower surround is equipped with a concave license plate frame, which embellishes the rear of the car's sense of hierarchy.
The DM-p version should be equipped with a 4WD system consisting of a 1.5T engine and dual front and rear motors, which supports up to 90kW fast charging; the pure electric version should also be equipped with a 4WD system, supporting 175kW fast charging, and the heat pump air conditioner will not be absent.
