A few days ago, LYNK&CO officially released its Next Day concept car, the new car represents the QIANTU of LYNK&CO's model's design direction but is also equipped with an intelligent electric hybrid system.

From the official picture, LYNK&CO's The Next Day concept car belongs to a four-door GT model, the front is relatively alternative, the daytime running lights are still located on both sides of the hood, and the style looks more personalized; hood and wing side also added a running trim to decorate, stretching the horizontal visual width of the front.

The shape of the lower part of the envelope is quite aggressive, with large deflectors on both sides and a straight waterfall air inlet design in the middle.

The side shape, the body lines are relatively flat, coupled with the back-sliding body to create a swooping posture, creating a very good sense of movement; the waistline design is also more complex, embellished with a sense of layering of the side of the body; the wheels are multi-spoke low wind resistance shape, the style looks more fashionable.

The door design is also very interesting, using the front and rear opening gull-wing door design, frameless doors are not absent, and there is no B-pillar, but the QIANTU production version of the model may only see frameless doors.

In terms of the rear end, the taillight cluster adopts a running design, which effectively stretches the horizontal visual width of the rear; the lower envelope is equipped with a running chrome strip, which embellishes the rear end's sense of hierarchy; the two sides also create a similar exhaust pipe shape, which embellishes a certain sporty atmosphere.

Dimensions, the concept car's length, width, and height are 4935/2030/1400mm, with a wheelbase of 2930mm.

The interior has a very sci-fi look, with a flat steering wheel with a screen integrated into the middle for use as a dashboard, and a center screen with a similar overhanging design that extends all the way to the passenger position; the console area looks complicated, and the shape of the gear knob cannot be confirmed.

 

Seats, the new car is a four-seat layout, the second row with two independent seats, the material is based on velvet with wood grain veneer, the sense of luxury to create a more in place.

And the concept car was released together with the LYNK&CO intelligent electric hybrid technology Lynk E-Motive, the technology originated from the Geely Thor platform, covering three high thermal efficiencies, a high-performance hybrid engine, two high-efficiency hybrid transmission, can match a variety of powertrain, support HEV and PHEV two power forms, and plug-in version can also achieve four-wheel drive function, four-wheel-drive version of the WLTC working conditions of the range of the 4WD version of WLTC can reach up to 180km, and in the QIANTU, there will be a variety of WLTC working conditions of 60km, 100km, 150km (4WD) and other pure electric range versions available. The 3-speed DHT Pro gearbox supports ejection start function and is capable of full-speed parallel connection and 0-100km/h acceleration within 5 seconds.

Specifically, in terms of products, LYNK&CO will launch four smart electric-hybrid products this year and three more in the next two years, with the entire product line switching to the electrified platform by 2025.
