At the Chengdu Auto Show, Haval SUV officially unveiled its H-DOG model. The biggest feature of the new vehicle is that it is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system and is positioned as a hardcore SUV with certain off-road capabilities.

From the actual picture, the front of the new car is a trapezoidal grille design, the internal use of a dot matrix structure for decoration is very recognizable; the grille is equipped with polygonal air intakes on both sides, and the style appears to be more individual; both sides of the round headlights are a common design style of hardcore SUV, the internal integration of the LED light source.

The lower part of the surround is more rigid, with small deflector slots on both sides and fog lamps integrated inside; the middle part is designed with trapezoidal air intakes and decorated with a horizontal structure inside, effectively increasing the sense of hierarchy of the front end.

Side shape, the roof line is relatively straight, with the luggage rack effectively increasing the sense of power, the waistline is segmented design, embellished with a sense of layering of the side of the body; the wheel brow and side skirt part of the shape are relatively thick, effectively increase the sense of power.

The rear of the car is equipped with a small size spoiler on the roof, and the taillights are blacked out and stylish; the trapezoidal license plate frame is recessed to accent the rear of the car; the shape of the lower bracket echoes the front bumper, and the bottom is decorated with a thick black trim to further enhance the sense of power, and the exhaust pipes have a hidden layout.

Dimensions, the new car's length, width, and height are 4705/1908/1780mm, with a wheelbase of 2810mm.

Interior, the overall layout is relatively simple, providing a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, full LCD instrument panel, suspended center screen, and electronic gear knob, with a certain sense of technology.

Power, the new car is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T engine and electric motor, with a combined maximum power of 240kW and peak torque of 530N-m, matched with a 2-speed DHT gearbox, with a pure electric range of 50km and 150km available in two versions.
