JETOUR Dasheng i-DM debuts with a plug-in system and 100km of pure electric range
At the Chengdu Auto Show, JETOUR i-DM, a plug-in version of JETOUR Dasheng, was debuted. The new vehicle is based on the Kunlun architecture and is expected to be launched this year.
In terms of shape, the new car's front shape is basically the same as the fuel version on sale, the front face uses a design language similar to the borderless trick your grille, and the internal use of the dotted structure for decoration, is very recognizable; both sides of the headlight cluster using a split design, the daytime running lights are located on the edge of the hood, the high and low beam is located on both sides of the grille, the style appears to be more individual.
The lower part of the surround is more rigid, equipped with trapezoidal air intakes, and decorated with a horizontal structure inside, effectively increasing the sense of hierarchy of the front end.
As for the side shape, the roof line is slightly down from the B-pillar and creates a suspended shape, which is more fashionable; the waistline adopts a segmented design, extending from the front fender to the rear of the car, embellishing the sense of hierarchy on the side of the car; the door handles adopt a pop-up design, which can play a role in reducing wind resistance, and is also a very popular design style at present; the wheel header and side skirts are decorated with thick The wheels and side skirts are decorated with thick black trim plates, bringing a certain sense of power; the wheels adopt a multi-spoke shape, and the texture is relatively outstanding.
In the rear, the roof is equipped with a small size spoiler and the smoked taillight cluster adopts a bifurcated design, making the style seem more individual; the trapezoidal license plate frame adopts a concave design, embellishing the rear of the car's sense of hierarchy; the lower part of the bracket is more aggressive, equipped with a rather exaggerated size of the diffuser, and the exhaust pipe adopts a hidden layout.
Size, the new car's length, width, and height are 4590/1900/1685mm, wheelbase 2720mm, positioned as a compact SUV.
Interior, the overall layout is also consistent with the fuel version, providing a two-spoke multifunction steering wheel, full LCD instrument panel, floating center screen, and electronic pocket gear, the style is considered simple, and technology creates a sense of place.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor, which is paired with a 3-speed DHT gearbox, with a combined maximum power of 326 hp, combined peak torque of 565 N-m and a pure electric range of 100km.
